WIPO Customer Service Centre
WIPO just announced the launching on October 1, 2010 of a new Customer Service Center as part of its efforts to improve the Organization’s responsiveness to all its stakeholders – including member states, users of its global protection services and the general public. WIPO stresses that this is also in line with WIPO’s Strategic Realignment Program and contributes to realizing one of the Organization’s four core values, namely service orientation. Source: WIPO
