Seek Protection for Mardi Gras Costumes

We already mentionned last year that creators or mardi gras costumes (the 'Indians' of New Orleans) were claiming protection for their creations reproduced without authorization in photographs after the carnival (see article HERE).

NPR runs another interesting story on the subject that is worth listening to.
