Gonzalo ROVIRA Biographie/Biography: Gonzalo Rovira joined Monsanto Company in 2005 and has been an Intellectual Property and Licensing Legal Manager for the Latin America South Region since 2008. He specializes in industrial property and more particularly in patent law area.
He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1998. He registered as a Intellectual and Industrial Property Agent in 2003 and obtained a Master in Laws in Intellectual Property and Commerce at the Franklin Pierce Law Center- Concord - New Hampshire in 2005.
He has participated in seminars on industrial property and has written various articles on subjects related to his area of specialty in national and international publications.
He is also a Professor of Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and postgraduate Professor of Industrial Property at the Universidad Austral and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is a representative at the International Seed Federation on the Royalty Collection System Committee.
