32Red wins trademark dispute high court case
The High Court ruled on 21 January 2011 in favour of 32Red, the on-line gaming operator: it held that there was sufficient similarity between the 32Vegas casino signs of William Hill, the owners of 32Vegas on-line casino, and the 32Red’s European Community registered trademarks to cause a likelihood of confusion among consumers.
