Rap: Lil Wayne sued for Copyright Infringement

US Rapper Lil Wayne and Cash Money Records are being sued for $2.5 Million in a copyright infringement lawsuit filed in Manhattan Federal Court on Wednesday, February 17th. It is alleged that the track "Mrs. Officer" was produced by Darius “Deezle” Harrison who has not receive proper compensation for his creative contribution. Harrison is apparently well know in the rap industry and has worked previously with Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Yung Joc, Birdman, Teena Marie among others in the music industry.
