The Government has tasked Ofcom to review he following questions following increasing complaints about the workability of the Digital Economy Act: is it possible for access to the site to be blocked by ISPs? How robust would such a block be? Can specific parts of the site be blocked? What would it cost ISPs to implement such blocks? Ofcom’s report is due in the spring.
