The Organization of American States (OAS), through its Executive Secretariat for Integral Development, has launched the publication, “IP Value Capture: Caribbean Opportunities for Higher Income,” as an effort to support and expand trade opportunities in the Caribbean and enhance their competitiveness in search of more sustainable economic growth.
