Interesting Indian case regarding the copy of websites.

Rediff Business recently reported that after stories and music, it is now websites that are said to be the target of copycats. Idealake Information Technologies (a company developing and implementing internet-architected enterprise applications) accused Percept Knorigin (one of its competitors) of blatantly copying one of its code used to develop the website for the movie "My Name is Khan".
