The works at issue might raise some potential IP issues (unauthorized derivative works (?), use of a trade mark, use of protected designs, etc).

There are also famous IP cases involving Legos® like the Interlego case in England.

However, here it is actually Mr. Sawaya's works refreshing look that attracted our attention.
