Law Minister emphasises on legal reforms in IPR.
Indlaw.com covered an interesting article on May 8, 2011, as below: "Stressing the need for legal reforms, Law Minister Veerappa Moily today said the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) laws needed to be looked into for better trade promotions. Speaking at a seminar, 'Designing the Future ' organised by Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APA) to mark the 'World IP Day' celebrations, the Law Minister said the government was keen on bringing about legal reforms in IPR sector and have already taken steps in this regard.
