Jane Ginsburg, professeur à l'Université de Columbia aux Etats-Unis (Morton L Janklow Professor of Literary and Artistic Property Law), a reçu une haute distinction par le biais de son élection à la British Academy. Elle est désormais "corresponding fellow". Son travail sur la propriété intellectuelle a notamment été salué par l'institution britannique.
