The Financial Times reports that EMI sealed a partnership deal with Eros International (a company listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market), leading Indian Bollywood producer. It is understood that the two groups will cooperate to market each other’s contents on their respective markets as well as encourage new ‘cross-over’ content and collaborations between Western and Indian artists. The FT points out two interesting facts:
