The Times of India, Mumbai, recently reported that Delhi High Court, India, has granted an ex parte injunction against Infomedia 18, restraining them from infringing Just Dial’s copyright and from carrying on or running the website www.askme.in till the next date of hearing.

JustDial is a popular search engine, with a single national number 69999999 in 240 cities, that people call to get telephone numbers of various businesses, products and service providers. It `alleged' that a website called www.askme.in which was in the same field of business, had taken its list of phone numbers and was using it as its own.
