Heroes and NBC in an Alleged Infringement Case

Jazan Wild (real name Jason Barnes), the creator of a graphic novel alleges that NBC Universal used in their hit series Heroes a carnival "virtually identical" to the ones he designed for his digital book series Carnival of Souls during season four of the hit show.

Arguing that NBC Universal "knowingly, recklessly and maliciously infringed" on his copyright, Barnes is claiming £40m in damages.
