Grupo Ultra bought Texaco's business in Brazil

Grupo Ultra, one of biggest Brazilian corporation engaged in the distribution of fuel, production of chemicals, and solutions in logistic, acquired the Texaco's business in Brazil. The Antitrust Authorities has just aproved the deals, apparently without any major restrictions.
The amount involved in the acquisition is of Brazilian R$ 1,161 bi (approximately USD 650 mi).
