Google Sues Indep Record Label over Search Engine Hyperlink Issue

Copyright lawyers would be so bored without Google. There is indeed hardly a day without new legal developments involving Google. Today brings something surprising. It is Google that is suing a small indep music label (Blue Destiny Record).

Pointing out the respective size of the plaintiff and the defendant involved, the Register labels this move an ‘asymetric copyright warfare’.
