The Fight Over Net neutrality Still Alive

In April 2010 we reported a major setback for Net Neutrality supporters (see HERE) when a US federal court slapped down the Federal Communication Agency (FCC) saying that it had overstepped itself when it sanctioned Comcast in 2008 for blocking users of its broadband Internet service from BitTorrent (a file-sharing application).
