A Few comments about the Demerger Time Warner - AOL
Interesting news announced yesterday. After 9 years Time Warner and AOL are due to divorce! This is the failure of an economic model: the merger between a top media and content provider and a top internet gateway. Time Warner confirmed that a de-merger (or spin-off) would be best for both businesses, and that the final separation will be by the end of 2009. At this point Time Warner still owns 95% of AOL it is announced that it will buy the remaining 5% from Google before fall.
