The FCC Not Ready to Give Up Its Authority Over the Internet
Last month, a judicial slap in the face by the federal Court of Appeal for the DC Circuit (reported HERE) denied the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) the legal authority necessary to implement its net neutrality policy against cable operators like Comcast.
