Lawfirm Pinsent Masons, on their Out-Law website, informs that the controversial Digital Economy Bill was passed by the House of Commons see HERE), yet faced criticism as many MPs complained about the rush with which this bill was passed, using the “wash up” accelerated Parliamentary process.
