Giulio Coraggio is a Senior Associate in the Technology Media and Telecommunications and Commercial department of Lovells. Giulio was awarded with a law degree at the University Federico II of Naples and an LL.M. in Computer and Communications Law at the Queen Mary College, University of London. Giulio has reached a strong expertise in advising clients on gaming law issues as well as on e-commerce and information technology matters. Also he advises companies on telecom and data protection. Likewise, he has obtained substantial experience in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts, including sponsorship agreements and product and service supply and distribution agreements, also dealing with competition issues arising out of vertical agreements.
