Colombian Author's Rights national authority opens enrollment for seminar on collective management of copyright and related rights

On the 11th and and 12th of October, the 'Direccion Nacional de Derechos de Autor' along with WIPO and the Externado University of Colombia are organizing a seminar on collective management of authors rights and related rights and the role of public authorities. This international seminar is held to debate the main challenges and problems for collecting societies in Latin America as well as their importance for the development of authors rights and neighboring Rights. The event will have the participation of international and national experts on these matters.
