Brésil et Japon signent un accord de coopération en propriété intellectuelle

 L'Institut National de Propriété Intellectuel brésilien (INPI) et le Bureau de Brevets du Japon (JPO) ont signé fin avril un accord de coopération technique en propriété intellectuelle. La coopération inclut l'échange d'information technique et des donnés statistiques, le transfert de technologie dans la recherche d'antériorité des brevets et l'harmonisation de la procédure pour l'obtention d'un brevet national.
