Billion Dollar Lawsuit against Glaxo over Cancer Drug

Reuters report a multi billion dollar drug patent lawsuit between Biogen / Genentech and GlaxoSmithKline.
U.K. Pharma group GlaxoSmithKline (the second largest pharmaceutical company) and Danish biotech company Genmab A/S have jointly developed the following cancer drugs:

- Arzerra, approved last October by the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients who fail to respond to other therapies. Arzera’s US fourth-quarter sales were about $5.2 million and received conditional EU approval at the beginning of 2010.

- Rituxan ($5.7 billion in 2009) which was first approved thirteen years ago to treat non-Hodgkin's [...]
