Balancing Creation and Education in Senegal
The study ‘The African Copyright & Access to Knowledge (ACA2K) Project: a brief overview’ from IFLA (see HERE) raises interesting questions related to the potential conflict between intellectual property and access to knowledge in Africa. Its scope covers eight africains countries: South Africa, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Morrocco, Mozambique, Ouganda and Senegal.
