Apple Still Determined to Stop Jail Breaking
We reported recently that a decision of the US Supreme Court held that Apple could not use the pseudo copyright provisions of the DMCA to prevent Jail Breaking of its devices like the iPod, iPhones and iPads (see HERE). Apple's strategy being an absolute control over its closed environment, it seems that the Californian corporation has now decided to change its tactic.
