Apple Files Patent Lawsuit Against Motorola

There is not a single day without a new technology lawsuit. This time it is Motorola's turn to be sued by Apple over the multi-touch technology (the last time it was Apple sued by Motorola Mobility, Inc.). 

Giant IT players are now involved in a complex web of crossed patent disputes that can be seen in a graphic (and quite entertaining) way HERE. To put it in another way this is a complete MESS !
