| Biography | Nikos is a senior litigator and consultant with particular expertise in trademarks, copyright, commercial contracts and public procurement. He has acted as Legal Counsel to the Greek General Secretary of Commerce on trademark matters. A member of MARQUES, he is a lawyer before the Supreme Court of Greece and holds an LLM in European Community Law. Nikos writes extensively on IP matters and is also a contributor to the class46 blog on European trade mark law. |
