Biography	Qualified lawyer registered at the bar in France (avocat), in England (solicitor) and in New York (attorney), I have gained experience in law firms in Paris (1996-2003) and London (2004-2008) as well as an in-house counsel for listed companies in England, in the US and in France. My main focus is on intellectual property law and information technology law from a transactional and a litigation standpoints. I currently serve as in-house international counsel for a leading worldwide business intelligence (BI) software publisher. I hold LL.Ms in Intellectual Property Law from Columbia Law School (NY, USA, 2010), King's College London (England, 2004) and Poitiers University (France, Poitiers, 2000). I also hold a Master in corporate law from the University of Paris XI and HEC Business School (1999) and I graduated from Sciences Po Paris (1996, Economics and Finance). I am particularly proud to serve as Vice-President of ADCI and to be a founding member of IP Sharing.
